The Village of Sheffield selected KS Associates to design a waterline replacement along Colorado Avenue, west of Lake Breeze Drive to the Corporation line. The existing waterline needed to be replaced due to age and the planned widening of Colorado Avenue (ODOT LOR-611-5.66 project).

The design called for 3,500 feet of new 12-inch ductile iron waterline. KS prepared a Maintenance of Traffic Plan and prepared all construction bid documents.

The project is currently under design and is expected to go out to bid in 2009.
