2100 Center is an architecturally upscale commercial center that blends in with beautiful homes in the area while preserving the appeal of the French Creek District. The Center consists of 26,000 square feet of commercial floor space with a planned mix of retail, office, medical and recreational uses.

The developer selected KS Associates to provide land development services, from site design through preparation of construction plans, for this 2.8-acre project.

Site challenges included developing a layout that was acceptable to the City of Avon while fitting the building and required parking on the site. Shallow storm sewer outlets and underground detention requirements also added to the complexity of this project.

KS Associates coordinated and received approvals of the proposed design from the City of Avon and the Ohio Department of Transportation.
