KS Associates prepared the complete sitework package including plans and specifications, for A. J. Rickoff and Warner Elementary Schools in the Cleveland Municipal School District. Site challenges included proper vehicular circulation for both buses and autos, adequate parking, safe pedestrian access, addressing security issues, designing a landscape plan to enhance the building and the neighborhood, and providing a sports field and a kindergarten playground.
