Stone Creek is a master planned community located in North Ridgeville, Ohio. This Oster Homes development includes 22 cluster family units and offers easy access to all major interstates while still providing a rural feel.

KS Associates was selected to provide site design services for this project. Our services included field surveying, cost estimates, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans and detailed construction plans.

KS Associates’ Land Development Group also represented Oster homes at public meetings and helped the client obtain necessary approvals from agencies including the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (OEPA).

One of the greatest challenges was the need to elevate the roadway to accommodate storm sewers because of a shallow outlet. The fill material was generated by over excavating the retention basins, which then function as borrow pits.
