KS Associates’ land development professionals developed the site design and prepared construction plans for this 7.5-acre project at the intersection of Center Ridge Road and Lear-Nagle Road in North Ridgeville, Ohio.

The initial phase of the project accommodated a new 48,877-square-foot Tops Supermarket and 8,880 square feet of retail space. A final phase involved adding a restaurant located on a leased parcel in the parking lot.

Site design issues included an existing floodplain behind the construction site and grading that required a retaining wall between the parking lot and the west property line. Existing roadways and traffic signals in the area needed to be updated in conjunction with this project.
