Avon Lake Towne Center is an upscale, multi-tenant shopping center anchored by a 60,000-square-foot Tops grocery store. The shopping center was designed to serve surrounding cities and is located adjacent to an active adult community. One of the major challenges included overcoming community concerns due to the significant changes in land use. KS associates worked with the developer and the community to resolve these issues, and helped expedite planning and permitting.

The project also included roadside improvements to the arterial streets, which required adding turning lanes and traffic signals.
