LEED Projects
KS Associates works with architects and owners, helping them implement site design strategies that can maximize Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) points.
Our design solutions address sustainability by maximizing open space, incorporating efficient stormwater and wastewater management systems, and implementing environmentally compliant construction site activities.
Our Land Development Group is also familiar with the 2007 LEED for Schools Rating System and can offer LEED-compliant solutions for K-12 and higher education projects, particularly in the categories of Sustainable Sites and Water Efficiency. |
KS Associates provided site design services for the first LEED certified facility in Lorain County, Ohio — the Entrepreneurship Innovation Center at Lorain County Community College (LCCC).
