KS Associates performed field surveying to locate approximately 2,800 manholes in the City of Cleveland. The survey was performed to locate and inventory manholes within Cleveland Public Power’s (CPP) system.

The manhole locations were obtained by a using a combination of GPS (Global Positioning System) and conventional survey techniques to produce accurate and efficient locations. The survey and subsequent mapping of the manhole locations were based on the Cleveland Regional Geodetic Survey (CRGS) control system. Mapping was provided to the prime consultant for final preparation and delivery to CPP.
