KS Associates Article Stresses Importance of CPESC & CPSWQ Certification

April 30 , 2007 – Land Development Today is a national publication read by more than 30,000 professionals interested in trends that are shaping the future of the land development industry. KS Associates recently authored an article that appeared in the April 2007 issue of the publication.
The article addresses the importance of working with professionals certified in stormwater quality (CPSWQ) and erosion and sediment control (CPESC).
Over the last 20 years, the public, government agencies and municipal leaders have become increasingly concerned about erosion and sediment control. In fact, some communities now require that stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPPs) be prepared and/or reviewed by professionals with CPESC and CPSWQ certification. The article explains how these designations signify a certain degree of knowledge about these issues, and how this knowledge can be a great asset during the development process.
