January 14 , 2005 – KS Associates would like to congratulate Oster Homes, Inc. for their winning entry in this year's Best of Seniors Housing awards program, sponsored by the Seniors Housing Council of the National Association of Home Builders. The awards competition celebrates the best and most successful seniors projects across the county and recognizes visionary projects still "on the boards."

Oster won a silver award in the "Active Adult Community - On The Boards - Large" category for the design of Morningside at Martin's Run. Martin's Run is a 500+-acre residential development that includes Lorain County's first active adult community. KS Associates' Land Development Group provided planning, site design, improvement plans, SWPP plans, construction plans and construction staking for the project. A distinguished panel of experienced architects and industry professionals judged projects in 108 categories of seniors housing design and marketing. The awards were announced at the annual NAHB conference in Orlando in January 2005.

Winning a Best of Seniors Housing award gives Oster's team the recognition they deserve and positions Morningside at Martin's Run among the best on the market today. It also plays a role in helping to elevate the overall quality of seniors housing across the country.
