KS Associates is providing surveying and engineering services for the reconstruction of Shoreline Drive from Jackson Street to Lawrence Street, including three intersecting streets, new surface parking spaces, off-street parking facility and a new bayfront park. The total length of the project is approximately 2,300 feet.

Shoreline Drive is an east-west commercial/industrial road located on the north side of Sandusky in the Paper District along the south side of Sandusky Bay. The purpose of the project is focused on the redevelopment of the area with new commercial and residential developments, recreational facilities, reconstruction of aging infrastructure and opportunities to preserve and promote the history of the Paper District.

The proposed improvements will include new pavement, curb and gutter, storm sewers, on-street and off-street parking areas, curb ramps, sidewalks, bikeway, decorative street and pedestrian lighting, decorative signage, watermain extensions and replacements, minor sewer improvements, traffic signing and pavement marking, landscaping, irrigation, and streetscape amenities.
