KS Associates prepared a Traffic Impact Study for a planned 230 single-family residential development on 142 acres adjacent to the intersection of SR 254 and Case Road. The study included traffic counts, trip generation estimates, capacity and LOS calculations, signal warrant analysis, traffic signal layout and justification for the extension of Case Road, and additional turns lanes at the intersection of Case Road and Detroit Road.
