An aging infrastructure required the City of North Canton to reconstruct a section of James Street, a two-lane roadway in a residential neighborhood. The project called for making improvements to the existing roadway, extending an existing water main, and reconstructing 1,500 feet of James Street from the west end to the intersection with South Main Street.

KS Associates conducted field surveys to develop existing conditions plans, and provided complete design services and construction documents. The project included installing new asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, driveway replacements, catch basins and underdrains. The project also included a hydraulic analysis of the existing storm sewer system and the installation of a new eight-inch water main extension.
