KS Associates was responsible for the preparation of complete construction plans for this Lorain County LPA project.

The project involved the widening and resurfacing of approximately 0.67 miles of Lake Avenue, and the resurfacing and widening of approximately 1.31 miles of Elyria Avenue in Lorain County. The project also included the construction of improved graded and paved shoulders, and new signing and pavement markings along both roads.

KS Associates also completed surveying and digial mapping for this project.
