KS Associates was responsible for the preparation of the construction plans and construction services. This project involved widening 2,100 feet of Walker Road and 1,300 feet of SR 83 in Avon Lake, from a two-lane section to a three-lane section. The widening was necessary to install left- and right-turn lanes on two legs of the intersection and required new traffic signalization. KS Associates also completed surveying and mapping for this phased project.

Close coordination with the City of Avon Lake was key during the construction phase to ensure work was completed within budget, on schedule and with minimal disruption to the traveling public.
